    介绍铜排加工机设计中的重点和难点
      铜排加工机一般由冲孔、折弯及剪切三个工站组成,采用液压驱动,由PLC实现各工序的控制,可自动完成对铜排的冲孔压花、折弯及剪切工序,是电气行业大批量加工母排的高效率小型机床。作为三个主要工站之一的剪切工站,其功能是将宽20~140mm、厚3~15mm的铜排切断并保证切口的光滑及断面的垂直度,该工站是铜排加工机设计中的重点和难点。
